Relay for Life

On April 23rd we went to Relay for Life. It's important to our family because my Grandmother passed away from breast cancer. Not only is it a good cause, but it's lots of fun!!

Story Time!!!!

Although we have a very busy schedule, Jamey and I always find time to just sit and hang out with the kids every night. One of Austin and Gracie's favorite things to do is to have story time with Daddy! I think it's the sweetest thing to watch:)

I know that i'm posting this a little late, but Gracie is sitting up now!! She is to the point now that she can catch herself when she starts to fall. She is even tryin to pull up some. Man how the time goes by!!!

Easter Weekend

We had a busy Easter weekend, but it was wonderful. We saw the Easter Bunny, had family pictures done, Easter egg hunt at church, dinner with both families, and another egg hunt at my parents! Gracie loved her 1st Easter and Austin enjoyed it just as much!

Austin's Spring Program

Austin just had his Spring Program at school. They sang a few songs and danced along. He did an awesome job. We are so proud of him!!

Austin is 5!!

Austin is getting so big, he is now 5! We celebrated his birthday with all his favorite people at Kid Blast! It was topped off with an awesome Spiderman cake and lots of lots of presents!! He had the best time:)

Gracie started Daycare! It was a sad sad day for Mommy, but Gracie was excited. She now loves it!! Mrs. Judy is so awesome with her and we are so blessed to have her there!

Austin started back to school as well. He is more than excited to be in class with his cousin Tucker!!! He loves getting up and going everyday which I know will change when he reaches middle school, but we are enjoying it for now!! It he really doing great! This is a picture of his 1st day back to school!

Valentine's Day!

Last year on Valentine's Day Jamey was out of town, so this year was the 1st Valentine's Day were have been able to spend together as a family. Of course Austin and Gracie made it even more special!

Gracie is growing so fast, we can not believe it!! She just now started sitting in her high chair to eat her big girl food! She loves getting in her seat, probably because she know there will be food involved:)

Austin and Snow!

Austin has really enjoyed this past week. We had a good amount of snow fall (and ice) and he was more than ready to get out and play! Last year he was not a huge fan of playing in the snow and getting wet, but he showed no signs of trouble this year:)

Since it was so cold out we have been at home. While I as cleaning Gracie spent time with Daddy. When I went to see what they were up to, this is what I found.

Gracie's 1st Snow

On Saturday Gracie got to see her first snow!! We just went outside long enough to take a picture but she really enjoyed it! It was a great chance to show off her new coat as well:)

Gracie eats baby food for the 1st time!!!

The past 4 months as flown by!! Gracie has grown so much, she is now 12lbs 1oz. Last Saturday we decided to let her try baby food for the 1st time. It was just a reminder to me how fast she is growing and getting to be such a big girl!!!

This was her very 1st taste. It was organic banana's, and as you can see she loved it!

She was trying to figure out what to do with it!

It started to get a little messy after a while, but it was to cute!

She was one happy little girl, she acted as if she was so proud of herself. I know her Mommy was:)

A day in the life of Austin!

Austin has been a busy boy since he moved back to North Carolina. He has been catching up with his little sister and his cousins. He is so happy to be back with us and we are blessed to have him here!
